At Isis Costa Jewelry we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional handmade silver jewelry. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following conditions:

  • The request for return or exchange is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • The item(s) must be accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates or documentation.

 

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

 

  • Customized or personalized items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Items that exhibit signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration by the customer.

 

4. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at support@isiscostajewelry.com or contact us here within the specified return/exchange period. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).

  3. Package the Item(s): Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging, along with all accompanying documentation

  4. Return Shipping:

    1. For the first exchange within an order, customers will incur no shipping costs. Subsequent exchanges within the same order will be subject to standard shipping fees.

    2. If returning an item, customers will not be responsible for any shipping costs.

 

5. Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will proceed with the applicable process:

 

Refund: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s).

 

Exchange: If eligible for an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item(s) within 15 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s). Any price difference between the returned item and the replacement item will be adjusted accordingly.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team here immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon inspection, we will either refund your purchase or send you a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
